Delivery and Handling
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and Royal Mail is used for all of our deliveries.
We try to keep our delivery charges to a minimum and at checkout you will be presented with appropriate options for delivery with associated charges based on the total weight of the order including minimal packaging.
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if we receive the order by 12 noon, and all depending on whether the items are in stock. Orders taken after 12noon on a Friday will be processed on Monday..
Cancellation Rights In line with the Distance Selling Regulations you have a right to cancel the order without giving a reason and you may cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the order.
The customer is responsible for posting the goods back to Beans ’n’ Leaves Ltd at the customers expense. The goods must be returned in the same condition that they were dispatched in and must be in their original packaging and unopened. We regret that any opened foodstuff packaging will not be eligible for a refund
Ground coffee beans are not eligible for cancellation as they are only ground to the customer\’s specification. They cannot be returned and the sale will not be refunded, even if they are returned.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products and will not accept returns simply because the consumer simply does not like the product or its taste (in the case of coffee or tea).
