Rooibos or Red Bush is a South African herb, aspalathus linearis. It is naturally caffeine free and rich in Vitamin C. With a not dissimilar taste to tea, Rooibos has become increasingly respected as a healthy addition to any diet and has become very popular in the UK, especially with expectant mothers.
