A rich and nutty coffee with a taste of citrus.  Traditionally grown by German communities who moved to Central America in the 19th century, it is celebrated as one of the finest growing areas of Guatamala.  The coffee is designated as a Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) and has an exceptional quality and a beautiful, balanced acidity.  It's character is fruity and bright with hints of chocolate.  Best enjoyed as a medium roast coffee.
